The quality of service was excellent, with Stephanie being responsive & kind, and the work was performed skillfully, for very fair and competitive prices, and by skilled technicians. The office staff were very polite and helpful. They performed a diagnostic on my car and did a really good and careful job and provided a detailed and very competitive estimate for repair. We decided not to repair the car because of its age and mileage. Precision then let me keep the car in their lot while I arranged for donation to a nonprofit. Throughout my interaction with Precision, they were polite, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Amazing from the first contact on the phone to set an appointment! We didn't have much contact with the technicians, ( we can tell they did a great job, so thanks guys!), but the ladies that work the office are awesome. They are very knowledgeable/ know their stuff! Even drove us to downtown woodland, and picked us up! Price was as quoted, (we didn't have any extra unknown issues that required immediate attention), and they gave us a diagnostic. Polite and professional. They are now our go to spot when our vehicles need attention.

Thank you for making the trip from Winters . Ac repairs are always needed , especially with how hot our summers get . We appreciate that you gave us a chance. We will see you soon so we can re check it to make sure you are ready for the summer weather .
