Taking a car that needs unexpected repair is never a pleasure. However, the staff at Precision Auto we courteous, professional and kept me informed. I got my car back clean and running perfectly. The mechanic explained his process on how he found the troublesome noise and was able to repair it. I appreciate their work ethic. When needed, I will go back.
