I asked for a simple diagnostic on our van to see if they could assess the problems. Once it was determined that there may more serious problems, Mike provided did some extra detail work without charging me more and gave me critical information so I would not throw good money after bad in the future. Wonderful customer service and reponsiveness. They now have loyal client after this experience.

Very satisfied with the work and appreciated the ride from my house to the office so I could pick up my car. Staff was friendly. Was told the estimate would take around 20 minutes on the phone. I waited in their office to see if my car needed brakes or not. Had a 10:30 a.m. appt. Arrived around 10:37 a.m. Did not receive the estimate and recommendation till around 12:15 p.m. Had to check with the person at the desk to find out how much longer it would be since I thought I'd be out of there a little after 11:00 a.m. Would have appreciated them telling me that the estimate would take longer than 20 minutes and give me an update every half an hour or so. Luckily we didn't need to be at out next appt. till 12:45 p.m.
