Excellent service and I trust them

Not only is this auto shop, one of the best we have in town, but it is, without a doubt, one of the most honest and genuine shops I have ever been to. I have been taking my MINI Coops here for quite a few years now. And when my last cooper seemed to be a never ending nightmare, rather than the owner, Carlos, being greedy and telling me to continue to pour money into this vehicle, he told me the truth. And that is something I will never forget. Now I am in a safe & reliable, bigger and bettee, non-issue MINI Countryman because precision auto care was actually honest with me unlike other mechanic shops I have been to (Niello MINI, sadly, being one of them). So I'd like to thank Carlos and his outstanding team of mechanics and to the super sweet office ladies who not only remember you by your car, but they also remember you by your name. Thank you all for actually caring about each and every one of your clients... It has gone a long way with a lot of people! 🙏

For all you people in the Yuba Sutter area listen up. If you need a salvage inspection do not pay the $300-$380 in that area. Take a nice little country drive to Precision Auto Care in Woodland. $239 and less the time to do it. Also was going to ripped off on the repairs in Yuba Sutter. Been going there for years and they are the best!

It's always a pleasure to have Precision Auto Care do my tune-up. They do such a good job and I feel "safe and secure" with my vehicle for several months -- then time for another tune-up.

All the seals held and everything seems fine. Nice work. Could've cleaned the vehicle though, it was filthy when I got it back. Would've been five stars.
