My 2015 Subaru Legacy blew a head gasket. The choices were to give my shade tree mechanic $2000 to replace it, or give Precision Auto even more money for an entirely new engine. I'm so glad I chose the gang at Precision. They not only did a first rate job, but my car was returned four days earlier than quoted and for $1000 less than quoted. It seems that a part listed on my estimate was not needed, and they were honest enough to tell me when I went to pay. The ladies at the front desk are all so customer oriented, knowledgeable, and friendly. Stephany has been there for many years, and obviously knows her stuff. The owner, Carlos is super nice, and he wants to be sure your experience there is a good one. They didn't have to tell me that the part wasn't needed, and I would've never known.....so now I know that they are honest as well. There are a couple of unfavorable reviews on here that I want to comment on: If you have unrealistic expectations and don't get the outcome you were hoping for, it is not really the fault of the shop or store. You need to be honest with the shop, and hiding the facts won't change your results. You can't make a silk purse out of a pig's ear. Neither can they.
Mike, we are so happy to hear you were satisfied. We understand that kind of decision is not an easy one. We definitely try our best to be up front and give you the best option to repair your car. On a big job like this, we always try to prepare for anything we may come across while doing the job. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review!
