Very satisfied with the work and appreciated the ride from my house to the office so I could pick up my car. Staff was friendly. Was told the estimate would take around 20 minutes on the phone. I waited in their office to see if my car needed brakes or not. Had a 10:30 a.m. appt. Arrived around 10:37 a.m. Did not receive the estimate and recommendation till around 12:15 p.m. Had to check with the person at the desk to find out how much longer it would be since I thought I'd be out of there a little after 11:00 a.m. Would have appreciated them telling me that the estimate would take longer than 20 minutes and give me an update every half an hour or so. Luckily we didn't need to be at out next appt. till 12:45 p.m.

I was amazed by the amount of work that was done on my car for the amount of money that I paid. If I took my car to University Honda in Davis, I would end up paying three times more for the same amount of work. Also, I love the staff. They are totally helpful and are always cheerful. I brought my car in to find out what was causing the vibration in my left front tire, which was causing me worry. It turned out that no car repairs were needed, but the tire had a separated tread.
