It doesn't matter who you talk to, who helps you or what your problem is....anyone at Precision will offer to resolve it. There is a very personal touch to their service. I am not a mechanic so I must trust what someone says is truly wrong with my car. I feel that trust and have never been disappointed, even when the problem seemed impossible, as in, Precision pursued the answers along with my own efforts with a "State referee" problem I had with my car's compliance. Problem resolved.
