I have the utmost confidence in the quality of the work done by Precision's staff. There have rarely been any issues with work done here on my vehicles, and we have been taking our cars here for about 15 years. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that when there is a special that is emailed out to regular customers, I often don't get the 'special' price even after reminding the staff that I received an email offer (theoretically they put a note on my account for next time, but I would much rather have been refunded the $10 price difference). The coupons on the website are great though, thanks! The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Stephanie, and Harvey is just a great person to chat with on the drive back to my house :). The prices for services are also very reasonable.

As always I am more than happy to bring my car to Precision Auto. The nice thing is I never feel like you are trying to do work that is not necessay. This had happened to me at Big O Tires and I will never use them for anything more than tires. Thank you for being an honest business.
