Five stars, even though things didn't go well for me. My car has an anomaly that meant that Precision could not solve the problem I had. But the tech who noted the problem was so thoughtful and helpful in how I might resolve the problem that I gladly give five stars. All were kind and helpful.

I had a problem that involved a number of visits to finally get a passing emissions test. I was treated so well, each step of the process involved extra work. The receptionists and Carlos, the mechanic, worked to make things right for me.
