My wife and I were travelling from Canada today and we lost our serpentine belt… Precision auto care help me get a tow truck recommendation and then the tow truck brought us back to precision auto care and they diagnose my truck with the wrong alternator within 10 minutes they had the correct alternator brand new serpentine belt and my wife and I and our little dog Zeus we’re on our way down to Sacramento!! Thank you all, thank you Carlos the mechanic who stayed extra time, thank you to the two girls in the reception who are so kind and caring! We can’t recommend the shop enough it’s a 10 star out of five it’s more than great and these folks care and took care of us!
