Amber was so amazing!!! Everything was done as they said it would be. No surprises. Didn't try an pressure me into other services. I have a BMW so most auto repair shops don't want to mess with it but they were very straightforward and told me exactly what was wrong and got it done in a timely manner even over a holiday weekend I'll definitely be going back there to have other services performed!!! Thank you 😊😊

Professional and courteous! The all around inspection is very useful to be made aware in regards to the status of the automobile. Love the shuttle service...just genuinely nice people!

The office staff were very polite and helpful. They performed a diagnostic on my car and did a really good and careful job and provided a detailed and very competitive estimate for repair. We decided not to repair the car because of its age and mileage. Precision then let me keep the car in their lot while I arranged for donation to a nonprofit. Throughout my interaction with Precision, they were polite, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.
