Amazing from the first contact on the phone to set an appointment! We didn't have much contact with the technicians, ( we can tell they did a great job, so thanks guys!), but the ladies that work the office are awesome. They are very knowledgeable/ know their stuff! Even drove us to downtown woodland, and picked us up! Price was as quoted, (we didn't have any extra unknown issues that required immediate attention), and they gave us a diagnostic. Polite and professional. They are now our go to spot when our vehicles need attention.

I have used several auto repair shops in Woodland and Davis over the last 40 years. Most were good. Precision Auto is a step above all of them. Precision Auto replaced all 3 universal joints, straightened the drive train, and thoroughly inspected my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. All of the work was skillfully performed and at a fair price. Carlos answered questions willingly and thoroughly. The front desk staff provided superb customer service. I really appreciated the loaner vehicle. I highly recommend Precision Auto for all vehicle repairs and servicing.

By far the best mechanic I have ever been to. The office staff is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the recommended repairs, and didn't try to make anything seem more serious/urgent than what it was. The owner, Carlos, knows how to run an honest and great business. I'll definitely be returning for all my general maintenance.
