My most recent contact with Precision Auto Care involved replacement of the serpentine belt in my wife's Isuzu Trooper. My wife was going out of town for a few days and my inspection of her car revealed that the serpentine belt was checked and looked like it should be replaced. Mike gave me an appt. for two days later and got the belt replaced first thing in the a.m. so I could send my wife on her way without worrying about the car breaking down.
