Although more than I really thought I should have to spend for someone to look at the brakes and turn on all the lights, this was the least expensive place I could find in Woodland. They got me scheduled and done in less than 24 hrs. Works for me.

My most recent contact with Precision Auto Care involved replacement of the serpentine belt in my wife's Isuzu Trooper. My wife was going out of town for a few days and my inspection of her car revealed that the serpentine belt was checked and looked like it should be replaced. Mike gave me an appt. for two days later and got the belt replaced first thing in the a.m. so I could send my wife on her way without worrying about the car breaking down. Price was less than expected. courteous service as always

I was quoted an appointment time of 1030. I wa there 5 minutes early. The check in was smooth and I was quoted a 40 minute time until completion. 40 minutes later my car was still sitting in the same spot. 5 minutes later they started on my car (a smog check). 10 minutes later it was all done. Why have appointment times if you are not going to honor them

I have visited Precision Auto twice and both times have been treated courteously. On my first visit for an oil change I was given a detailed list of repairs and costs of things that needed to be addressed in order to keep my vehicle in good running condition. This prompted me to purchase a newer vehicle with fewer miles on it and when I went back to Precision Auto for an oil change, they had no recommendations for repairs. I really appreciated that!
