I was quoted an appointment time of 1030. I wa there 5 minutes early. The check in was smooth and I was quoted a 40 minute time until completion. 40 minutes later my car was still sitting in the same spot. 5 minutes later they started on my car (a smog check). 10 minutes later it was all done. Why have appointment times if you are not going to honor them

I have visited Precision Auto twice and both times have been treated courteously. On my first visit for an oil change I was given a detailed list of repairs and costs of things that needed to be addressed in order to keep my vehicle in good running condition. This prompted me to purchase a newer vehicle with fewer miles on it and when I went back to Precision Auto for an oil change, they had no recommendations for repairs. I really appreciated that! Convenient drop off, ride to work, service done well and competitive price - what's not to like?

I appreciated the time Precision Auto staff spent with me in answering my questions and making sure I understood what was needed for my Altima and why. They were courteous and had a very nice waiting room.

Although more than I really thought I should have to spend for someone to look at the brakes and turn on all the lights, this was the least expensive place I could find in Woodland. They got me scheduled and done in less than 24 hrs. Works for me.
