Called up to make a smog apt. Stephanie said "come on down". Other receptionist said that smog check would take approximately 30 minutes, settled down for an afternoon knap. I was awakened 15 minutes later and told that car was done and passed! So much for the afternoon knap!!! lol!!! Great service and thanks for having add in local coupon monthly. Made the experience all that much better.

Precison Auto Care is a very professionalauto repair facility. They are the only autotech facility I use. The staff is very friendly and the techs do great work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing autoservices.

We broke down on our way from Southern Oregon to SOCAL at the local Pilot. We looked up auto places and called Precision Auto. They gave us a quote, and told us to bring it in. They fit us into their busy schedule and got us back on the road in half of the flag time to fix the water pump! They even called us the next day to ask us if we made it to our destination safely. One of the best places I've ever been to with amazing customer service!
