Not only did I get a coupon that saved me money for my smog inspection, but I also got a coupon for an additional five dollars off. I appreciate that Precision Auto Care combines coupons to give the customer the best deal possible. After servicing my vehicle, the owner personally greeted me and wished me well. Well my daughter had her car seviced there like always, which is ALWAYS done right. This time she drove off and heard a grinding rubbing sound which wasn't there before. Anyway she calls me in panic and I pick it up the car from her work and run it back to the shop and explained what had happend. Well the young lady at the counter was very helpfull. She let the them (Mech) in the shop know what was going on and 2 Mech. stopped doing what they were doing and got right on it and solved and fixed the problem with in minutes. That was great. I will keep coming back to Precision and recommend them.Thank You again Precision.

They are wonderful people. I had a problem with my car for years and I finally called to get it in. They took it in the next day, got it diagnosed and 100% fixed. I'm never taking my car to any where else. I have a 2001 Chevy suburban.
