Mike and his staff took on the challenge of going through my wife's 57' Chevy that had sat for some time. All leaks repaired, (does not leak a drop now) engine upgraded with various components, brakes done, rear end, transmission and radiator gone through. Even some hard to find cab parts were replaced. All in all the truck spent many days over the past few weeks at Precision Auto. I trusted Mike enough to give him an open checkbook for the repairs (something I never do) and he did not let us down. From allowing me to participate in ordering some of the custom parts to his overseeing all aspects of the repairs and staying in communication with us the entire way. I am confident that my wife can use the 57' as a daily commuter without having to worry about breakdowns! Very impressive customer service! Thanks Mike and Precision Auto.

Did a great job diagnosing problem and then very promptly fixed it so I could be on my way again.

With four vehicles it seems that there is always one of the cars in for service or other issues and once again we received the great customer care we have grown acustom to over the years from Mike and his staff!

Took my 2001 Ford in for an oil change/safety inspection, using one of their coupons. (I have been in before for oil changes and also for a busted coolant hose.) I was given an appointment and told it would be about a 45 minute wait because of the added time for the safety inspection. This is exactly how long it took. I really appreciate these safety inspections as my car is getting older and I like having a heads up to potential problems before taking long trips, which I often do. Much cheaper and quicker to get it fixed here than on the road after being towed (which has happened more than once, before I started doing preventive maintenance). Everyone from the young lady who answers the phone, to the technicians, was courteous and professional. And their rates are always competitive, especially with the coupons.

Total service time was less than thirty minutes and while I didn't need it, was offered a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait.

We purchased the 57' Chevy after speaking with Mike at Precision. He assured us that his staff would go through the entire truck and make all the necessary repairs and upgrades so my wife could utilize the vehicle as an everyday driver. Trusting Precision with an open checkbook four days later they not only did what they said they would do but went well beyond what they had to in locating parts as well as dealing with challenging labor issues. Today, my wife drove the truck to work for the first time and texted me saying "what a rush"! Thanks Mike and staff for allowing my wife to check off one of her bucket list items! Happy wife, happy life!

We took our Mazda Miata in for repairs and received excellent customer service. Everyone from the front counter to the owner treated us with respect and courtesy. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest efficient shop.
