Mike and his team have taken care of my vehicles for years and have always done well. The one time I had a challenging problem they stayed with it, keeping me informed and proceeding in the least costly manner.

Although more than I really thought I should have to spend for someone to look at the brakes and turn on all the lights, this was the least expensive place I could find in Woodland. They got me scheduled and done in less than 24 hrs. Works for me.

My most recent contact with Precision Auto Care involved replacement of the serpentine belt in my wife's Isuzu Trooper. My wife was going out of town for a few days and my inspection of her car revealed that the serpentine belt was checked and looked like it should be replaced. Mike gave me an appt. for two days later and got the belt replaced first thing in the a.m. so I could send my wife on her way without worrying about the car breaking down. Price was less than expected. courteous service as always

I was quoted an appointment time of 1030. I wa there 5 minutes early. The check in was smooth and I was quoted a 40 minute time until completion. 40 minutes later my car was still sitting in the same spot. 5 minutes later they started on my car (a smog check). 10 minutes later it was all done. Why have appointment times if you are not going to honor them
